Affordable Rental Programs

Most of our homes are single family residential detached homes. We have recently acquired some older duplexes as well.

All of our rental homes are built for low-income individuals and families. Total household income may not exceed 50%, 60% or 80% of the Area Medium Income (AMI) for the county in which the homes are located. The income percentage restriction is specific to each unit upon vacancy.

Low- Income Housing Program:

These homes are available to applicants up to 60% or 80% AMI depending upon the specific property.

Very Low-Income Housing Program: 

These homes are available to applicants up to 50% AMI.
